Tina Giorgi is a crowd-pleasing intelligent comedienne. Reviewers refer to her performances as “comedy with a brain”. She is a favorite act in major clubs across the country and a constant performer in New York City and Las Vegas.

Tina is a versatile entertainer with a resume that includes television and radio appearances, comedy club performances and writing and acting credentials. She has been featured on CBS’s Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn, Fox’s Comics Unleashed, Comedy Central’s Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn, NBC’s Friday Night, the Metro Channel’s New Joke City with Robert Klein and Channnel 9’s “Spotlight Café”. She co-hosted her own radio talk show, “Voices and Views” on WGBB. She has worked on writing projects for the Grey Advertising Agency, Marina Maher Communications and Scholastic Books. Her voice has also been heard on radio commercials for Castro Convertibles and Dennison Chili.

She is a unique female comedienne that relies on a blend of wit and commentary to charm her audiences. She has been featured at The Las Vegas Comedy Festival, the Toyota Comedy Festival and the Marshall’s Women of Comedy Festival. She won the Bud Light Fox 5 Comedy Contest and was a finalist in the National Lampoon Comedy Search. She is a regular performer in New York City at The Comic Strip. She has also graced the stage at The Comedy Cellar, Caroline’s, Stand-Up New York and the Gotham Comedy Club. She has opened for Bill Maher, Bobby Collins, Gilbert Gottfried, Lewis Black, David Brenner, Bob Nelson and Air Supply.

Tina's proudest acting accomplishments have occurred with her participation in the first original plomedy, "Shut Up Sit Down & Eat." Tina co-wrote and co-stars in the groundbreaking comedy with three other stand up comics. The play was nominated by the Off Broadway Alliance for the Best Unique Theatrical Experience of 2014.

She began her career while she was teaching high school social studies in the inner city schools of Washington, DC. She credits all the hours she spent in after school detention with her students, as the beginning of her comedic inspiration. She has a BA from the College of William and Mary and an MS from Western Maryland College. She is proud to be both a TASIS and a Fulbright Scholar. She is the youngest of three sisters and happily married to a very brave man.
